Prep time: 5-10 minutes
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can white beans
1 whole avocado
1/4 cup onion
Vinegar (optional)
Drain all beans and pour into a medium size mixing bowl.
Mix beans together then add avocado and onion,or any vegetable of your choice.
Add about a Tbsp of vinegar for a bolder taste.
Perfect for last minute needed side dishes and great for protein as well!
